The American Business Council (ABC) believe that the Emirates of Ajman,
Umm Al Qaiwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah are now on the threshold of
an economic escalation in maritime, industrial, petroleum, service,
leisure and other business activities that will offer opportunities for
future development of commerce and investment between American
companies and the Governments, institutions and private business in
these Emirates. Recognizing the unique commercial role of these
Emirates in the future development of the UAE, the ABC has established
the Northern Emirates Business Committee to promote this development of
commerce and investment and to provide a forum in which American
business executives, and business executives with American interests,
may identify, discuss and pursue common interests regarding their
activities.
